King Arthur Pendragon of Camelot is the son and heir of Uther Pendragon and the only child of Ygraine de Bois, the husband of Queen Guinevere, the paternal half brother of Morgana, and the best friend and master of the greatest warlock and sorcerer ever, Merlin. According to the prophesies of Kilgharrah, Arthur is destined to unite the land of Albion. As a young prince, Arthur is spoiled, narrow-minded, and arrogant, though good-hearted; as time passed, he eventually matures and becomes best friends with his manservant, Merlin. This is partially due to his dislike of the way his father rules, and also because of the influence Merlin has on him. Arthur tends to have negative opinions about Uther’s harsher policies, particularly his aversion to magic, but during his reign he keeps his father’s decree banning magical practice due to his war with Morgana. #BradleyJames
