The Banker is a character in Majora's Mask. The Banker runs the Clock Town Bank in West Clock Town or South Clock Town in Majora's Mask 3D. He recognizes his clients by stamping them with invisible ink. Therefore, he recognizes Link in all his forms. The Banker keeps track of Link's balance even after he plays the "Song of Time" to return to the First Day. This is the only way Link can keep all the Rupees he has collected after traveling back in time. The Banker will stop taking deposits if Link reaches 5,000 Rupees in his account. The Banker charges 4 Rupees for withdrawing at night; during the day, it is free. The Banker is outspoken and often makes impertinent comments during transactions. If Link attempts to overdraw his account, he will get mad at him. When Link exceeds the deposit limit, the Banker makes a discriminatory, albeit positive, remark about his age. He calls Link "little guy" rather than by name, even when speaking to Zora or Goron Link.
