Chico Picadinho (Vila Velha, April 27, 1942), as Francisco da Costa Rocha, is a Brazilian citizen who was convicted of the murders of two women in 1966 and 1976, respectively. He was expelled from home, after fights with his mother, when he humiliated and was aggressive. He began to live on small services and some thefts, and soon became addicted to alcohol and other drugs. Bisexual assumed, revealed to the psychiatric board, after being arrested for the crimes, that he did not care to be passive or active, the important thing was to remain a man and have a lot of pleasure. He spent much of his money on gambling and prostitutes. He also revealed that he quartered women because he was very angry at the abuse he suffered in childhood and that he felt ashamed when he remembered that his mother was a prostitute, like the women he killed.
