Emmanuel Lubezki Morgenstern (born 30 November 1964) is a Mexican cinematographer. He sometimes goes by the nickname Chivo which means "goat" in Spanish. Lubezki is mostly known by his frequent collaborations with directors Terrence Malick, Alfonso Cuarón, and Alejandro González Iñárritu. He is also worked with many other acclaimed directors such as Joel and Ethan Cohen, Tim Burton, Michael Mann, and Mike Nichols.
