Francis A Hamer; Born 3/17/1884 - 7/10/1955. Frank Hamer was a Texas ranger that is best know for tracking down and killing Criminal couple Bonnie Parker and Clyde barrow in 1934. He was inducted into the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame. Kevin Costner will portray Hamer in the upcoming 2018 Netflix film The Highwaymen
