Dolores Vanessa Cortés Jiménez (Mexico City, October 23, 1970), artistically known as Lolita or Lola Cortés is a singer and musical comedy actress. She is the niece of singer-songwriter José Alfredo Jiménez and daughter of actor Ricardo Cortés. Lolita began her career in musical theater with works such as Anita, la orfanita and Vaselina, alongside the group Timbiriche. She also has had controversial participation as a jury in the reality show "La Academia".
