At first Mara is quiet, shy and inconspicuous, though she also has another side that’s more ambitious, ruthless, determined and relentless. She is also very intelligent and observant. Mara is Carmin's assistant and helps her with creating and editing her videos, but she secretly resents Carmín for the way she treats her, over the course of the series, Mara starts to come out of her shell becoming more openly cruel and manipulative. She is one of the main characters and secondary antagonists on the Disney Channel Latin America series "BIA" and one of the main protagonists in BIA: Un mundo al revés.
