Milton Jiménez, aka El Cabo is a character that appears in the television series. It has its appearances in El Cartel de los Sapos and in its sequel, El Cartel 2: La Guerra Total. He is also one of the manageable characters in the video game, The Cartel: The Mafia is not a Game. He is inspired by the drug trafficker, Wilber Alirio Varela, aka Jabón, allegedly murdered in Mérida, Venezuela. He is portrayed by Robinson Díaz in both seasons and in the film. He also participates in the Mexican telenovela El Señor de los Cielos, along with other characters from El Cartel.
