Misato Fukuen (福圓 美里, Fukuen Misato, born January 10, 1982) is a Japanese actress and voice actress affiliated with Sigma Seven, best known for playing Iggy in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, Anzu Kadotani in Girls Und Panzer, Girls und Panzer der Film, and Girls und Panzer Das Finale, and Chibiusa/Sailor Chibi Moon in Sailor Moon Crystal, Sailor Moon Eternal Part 1, and Sailor Moon Eternal Part 2. Her real name is Misato Sakuragi (桜木 美里, Sakuragi Misato). She has also performed activities as a singer under the name of MIRI.
