Neighbor

The Neighbor is a female with a very long extendable neck. Her body is never seen in-game. She appears in the kitchen window at 5:00pm, when the chandelier falls on the piano in the music room. Interacting with the Neighbor will cause her to extend her neck through the window and talk to Tabby.
