He started his career in 1983 at the Horizon Cenacle of the Petroșani Mining Institute , where he studied for exactly five years, then in 1988 he founded the group Vacanța Mare together with Mugur Mihăescu and Dan Sava . Later he transferred to Craiova , where he followed two years at TCM and then in 1992 he was admitted to the Faculty of Theater and Directing, where he stayed for three years. In all, he did ten years of college, but did not finish any. But during all that time, and even after that, he managed to celebrate 22 years of the Great Holiday, both on stage and on television. Since 1999, as a member of the group Vacanța Mare, he has appeared in weekly shows on Pro TV , and since the beginning of 2007 the group Vacanța Mare has moved from Pro TV to Kanal D , where he appeared until April 2009.
