Sachiko Watanabe runs a Sushi restaurant in the Greenwood Forest suburb of Speedville with her uncle, Chef Hisao Watanabe. While her uncle is out to sea catching fish or if he's to busy cooking for the restaurant, Sachiko manages the business, assigning tasks so the food establishment can grow and expand. Sachiko first wants you to catch fish on the racetrack since her uncle isn't getting any bites. She then hosts a race to improve the sushi shops business. Sachiko doesn't meet the racer again, but Chef Watanabe says she thinks a lot of you. With the Chef as her uncle, this makes her and Jimmy Watanabe cousins.
