I have done a decent amount of digging into personality theory. I am 22 years old.

I'm not as concerned with how much science backs things like jungian psychology, or enneagram. There does seem to be evidence in brain scans that could indicate some correlation to cognitive functions, but it's mostly a pastime and for self-improvement purposes. I wouldn't be using it if it didn't tell me some truths about myself and others, after all.

Behaviour and cognition are also correlated. Though, tests like MBTI seem to assign cognition to behavior where it's more blurry and dodgy to do so. This can cause people to be mistyped and regularly get different results. I have tried out tests from people like CSJOSEPH and sites like personalityjunkie instead. Consistently have gotten INFP as my result, even in MBTI.
