Svyatoslav Vakarchuk (Ukrainian: Святослав Іванович Вакарчук, born May 14, 1975) is a Ukrainian musician, politician and public activist. He is the lead vocalist of Okean Elzy, a rock band in Ukraine. Vakarchuk is a former[1] member of the Ukrainian parliament,[2] and the founder of the Voice (in May 2019).
