Tara the Android was a singing android built by John Bergeron in 2004 whose development was discontinued in 2006. Videos featuring the android were sold on the internet until ‘06 when the website containing the clips closed. This footage had showed Tara singing original music, presumably written by Bergeron. On 15 April 2009, a YouTube channel titled Creepyblog uploaded a video featuring Tara titled “I Feel Fantastic”. The video had Tara performing one of Bergeron's songs in women's clothing while a synthesized melody played in the background. While the android continues her song, shots depict her raising her hand, moving her head slightly, sitting down while dressed in black, and a mysterious shot of a backyard was also included in the video. The YouTube video's description did not credit Bergeron. The clip was shared and re-uploaded on the internet for some time inspiring people to decode the meaning behind the video, its backstory having been forgotten.
