Mount Eerie is the fourth studio album by American indie rock band the Microphones. Released by K Records in 2003, Elverum later used the same name for his next musical project. He also released a follow-up EP to the original album in 2007. The album is named after Mount Eerie near Anacortes, Washington, Elverum's hometown. Described by Elverum as being about "[mountains, earth and space]" the album features a linear narrative spanning the five songs
