Todd was a former agent at Odd Squad who was previously partnered with Agent Olive. Soon, he became bored with Odd Squad and their mission: to fight oddness and do no odd. Believing oddness made the world more interesting, he became Odd Squad's number one villain and tried to shut the organization down numerous times. He was later tricked by Otto into giving up his evil ways, and he resorted to gardening in the process.

As of Season 2's finale, he is (somewhat?) redeemed and currently runs a villain rehab.
