William M. London, EdD, MPH, currently writes and teaches about scientifically implausible and fraudulent health care practices. He is a professor of health science at California State University, Los Angeles, as well an associate editor of Consumer Health Digest (a free weekly e-newsletter) and co-host of Credential Watch website. Dr London was co-founder and the first president of the Ohio Council Against Health Fraud. He later served as president and newsletter editor (Nov 2000–Dec 2002) for the National Council Against Health Fraud. He was the director of public health and public health editor for the American Council on Science and Health and a contributing editor to The Scientific Review of Alternative Medicine. Dr London has master's degrees in educational psychology and health education from the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York. He received his master of public health degree in health administration from Loma Linda University School of Public Health.
